Donor Engine is Helping Nonprofits With Their Digital Campaigns During the Covid-19 Crisis

When covid-19 took the world by storm back in March the team at Donor Engine knew that we had to step up and help in any way we can. We launched a free services program offering pro-bono help to non-profits during covid-19. This included graphic design, donation page setup and general technical help.

Since the pandemic started, so many organizations have gone online and had to act fast to not only adapt to a digital workspace but also change their communications strategies. Being a tech company we are very familiar with operating in a digital environment and wanted to share our skills with organizations to help make the transition easier.

After launching in March we have been able to help nonprofits with their campaigns by offering the help of our amazing design team. Habitat for Humanity Brant-Norfolk is participating in Giving Tuesday this month and asked us to contribute to the campaign by creating graphics promoting their fundraiser.

With Giving Tuesday, many organizations had to quickly come up with new ideas to get their donors engaged for the big event! We were excited to work with Habitat Brant to create graphics that outline all of the amazing work they do in helping low income individuals and families find safe housing.

We were also able to assist the Universal care for Africa Foundation by creating infographics outlining the steps people can take to protect themselves from catching the Corona Virus.

In a press release earlier last month our CEO Dave Saraviva explained that Donor Engine wanted to take action to directly help nonprofits during this time, including organizations beyond their client list.  He explains, "we wanted to do more for the sector than just another webinar or whitepaper. We wanted to do something that made a difference”
